I entered the trading business as a junior broker in December 2000. From there, a wonderful & exciting journey has been giving me fulfillment, and a purpose for my life, for the past 26 years.

This was something I wanted to do since I was a kid. When I was only 13 years old, I started collecting the local stock market data sheet from the daily newspaper, and I used to imagine myself buying & selling stocks. I even came up with a formula, at that age, be it a very primitive one as you would expect from a 13-year-old, to pick stocks based on their 52-week high & low. I used to imagine myself buying stocks based on this equation, then check on the prices of these stocks later to see what happened to them. I used to feel very happy when I see the price of the stock I picked has moved above the price I “bought” it at.

My analysis was published in 15 languages & I am frequently featured on the international markets segment on CNBC Arabia, to give my own analysis. I worked as an advisor to fund manager, for a fund with offices in London & Istanbul, moving more than 70 million dollars in the FX market, based solely on my advice. Not a huge fund by any means, but I am particularly proud of that position, not only because of big bucks I made there, but also because of the trust that was put in me with such an amount. I also reached as high as a general manager of a brokerage company, in Manama, Bahrain.

I worked as an employee of financial institutions from Switzerland, Cyprus, Turkey, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & my home country Jordan, in addition to conducting business for some of these institutions in Egypt, Iraq & Syria, not to mention a position where I was responsible for the whole Arabic-speaking area (MENA + GCC). I gave seminars, webinars & training courses in 8 of the above-mentioned countries, both to employees & investors.
