Udemy offers refunds according to their own policy, which we have no control over. To refund what you paid at Udemy, you need to go through the refund requesting process on their site.
VIP
You can refund the full amount for the lectures the instructor did not give yet. Simply let your instructor know that you do not want to complete the course, and our team will contact you to arrange the transfer. The fees paid for lectures that are already given cannot be refunded.

At any time, you can ask for a partial refund & we will pay you the amount you have fulfilled the requirements for, until the moment of your request. How awesome is that?
The requirements are the same: For every 8 dollars of cashback you make, we will refund 1 dollar of training fees. You can ask for the amount that you can get in the partial refund for now, and keep working on the requirements for the rest of the training fees later!
Facilitated T&Cs
There are no secret rules or time limits or surprises that will lead to us saying that you will not get your refund.
The only requirements are: open your account through us, use the same email for training & trading, show proof of payment, and reach the required cashback balance. That’s it!
However, if our partnership with your broker ends before you fulfill the requirements, you will be asked to move to another broker if you wish to complete the refund process.

Fill the form below to initiate your refund process. Our team will contact you within 24 working hours, and if you meet the requirements for a full or a partial refund, your request will be processed.
Important Information:
- Before you submit a refund request, kindly make sure that your lifetime cashback balance is 8 times the amount you want to refund. For example: If you want to refund $30 that you paid for a Udemy course, your lifetime cashback balance must be at least $30 × 8 = $240.
- If you already used all of, or a part of, your cashback balance to fulfill the requirement of a previous refund request, you cannot use the same part again.
- We will contact you on the email you used to register for our courses. It must be the same email you used to open the account(s) that will be considered for the requirements of the refund.
- Please prepare your proof of payment to present to our support team, when you are requested to.
- All refunds are paid to the trainee directly, and will not be paid to any other person or entity. Refunds on behalf of someone else, or third-party requests will not be accepted.
